As a power plant in the Audi S7 Sportback uses a V-shaped eight-cylinder engine with dual supercharging. The four-liter unit produces 450 hp. At the same time, the peak torque of 550 Nm is already available at the very bottom - in the range of 1,400-5,700 rpm. Start-Stop systems, which turn off the engine during stops, as well as Cylinder on Demand, which turns off half of the cylinders at low loads, help the engine save gasoline.
