The maximum power of the V-shaped eight-cylinder aluminum engine with direct injection is reached at 8,250 rpm and is 450 hp. Peak torque of 430 Nm is available from 4,000-6,000 rpm.

Up to a hundred kilometers per hour Audi RS5 accelerates in 4.6 seconds. The maximum speed limit is electronically set at 250 km/h. However, as an option, the limiter can be moved up to 280 km/h. Transmission on the RS5 is a seven-speed S Tronic robotic gearbox with reinforced dual clutch mechanisms that allow you to calmly “digest” high torque. Lowered suspension, bumpers with active diffusers, and an automatic wing on the trunk lid that rises at speeds above 120 km/h provide the coupe with good aerodynamics and downforce, which is necessary for confident driving at high speeds.

Standard wheels are 19 inches, but 20 inches are available for an extra charge. As an option for the car, more powerful ceramic brake discs are available instead of steel ones, several options for sports or more comfortable seats, including those with ventilation.

Serial production of the Audi RS5 has been launched in Germany.
